Ingredients
  

  • 4 lamb loin chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • To make the marinade, put the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Lamb chops should be marinated. Put the chops on a shallow dish and coat them equally with marinade. Let them marinade in the fridge for a minimum of half an hour.
  • Warm up the grill: Set the temperature of your grill pan or grill to medium-high.
  • Sear the Lamb Chops: After taking the lamb chops out of the marinade, cook them.
  • For medium-rare doneness, cook for about 4–5 minutes on each side, or alter cooking time to suit your taste.
  • After the lamb chops are cooked to your satisfaction, take them off the grill and give them a few minutes to rest before serving.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chops for added flavor.
