- 4 lamb loin chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges for serving
To make the marinade, put the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Lamb chops should be marinated. Put the chops on a shallow dish and coat them equally with marinade. Let them marinade in the fridge for a minimum of half an hour.
Warm up the grill: Set the temperature of your grill pan or grill to medium-high.
Sear the Lamb Chops: After taking the lamb chops out of the marinade, cook them.
For medium-rare doneness, cook for about 4–5 minutes on each side, or alter cooking time to suit your taste.
After the lamb chops are cooked to your satisfaction, take them off the grill and give them a few minutes to rest before serving.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chops for added flavor.
