Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of cooked lentils
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup of diced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini work wonders)
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, diced vegetables, tomato paste, soy sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined.
