Ingredients
  

  • Fresh lobster tails (2)
  • Butter (4 tablespoons, melted)
  • Garlic cloves (2, minced)
  • Lemon (1, sliced for garnish)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using kitchen shears or a sharp knife, carefully cut along the top of each lobster tail shell, stopping at the base of the tail.
  • Gently pry open the shell, exposing the meat, and place the lobster tails on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the seasoned butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
  • Place a slice of lemon on top of each lobster tail for added flavor.
  • Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly firm to the touch.
  • Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges and your favorite side dishes.
