Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using kitchen shears or a sharp knife, carefully cut along the top of each lobster tail shell, stopping at the base of the tail.
Gently pry open the shell, exposing the meat, and place the lobster tails on the prepared baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the seasoned butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
Place a slice of lemon on top of each lobster tail for added flavor.
Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly firm to the touch.
Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges and your favorite side dishes.
