- 300g spaghetti (preferably thick spaghetti or bucatini)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Step 1: Cook the SpaghettiBring a large pot of salted water to a boil.Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.Drain the spaghetti and toss it with a tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside. Step 2: Prepare the SauceIn a pan, heat the butter and remaining olive oil over medium heat.Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
