5 pounds ground meat (a mix of beef and pork for the perfect flavor)
2 cups breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup diced carrots
1 cup diced celery
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
