Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
