- 8 oz of White American Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes with green chilies (canned)
- 1/4 cup of diced onions
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
