  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 cups of high-quality pale malt
  • A packet of ale yeast
  • Fruit puree of your choice (strawberry, mango, or passion fruit work wonders!)

  • 1. Brewing the Base:
    Combine pale malt and malted oats in the brew kettle.Boil the mixture, adding hops as required for a fruity kick.Once boiled, cool the mixture and transfer it to the fermentation vessel.
  • 2. Sweetening the Deal: Add lactose and granulated sugar to the cooled mixture.Stir until fully dissolved.
  • 3. Yeast Magic: Sprinkle ale yeast over the mixture.Seal the fermentation vessel with an airlock and let it sit until fermentation is complete.
  • 4. Fruity Infusion: Add your chosen fruit puree to the fermented mixture.Let it sit for an additional day for the flavors to meld.
