- 1 cup of whole wheat flour
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
- 2 eggs1 teaspoon of baking powder

- A pinch of salt

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line the muffin tin with liners.
