  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup diced pimento peppers, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the chopped pimento peppers, mayonnaise, cream cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder to a sizable mixing bowl.
  • Mix until smooth and fully mixed.
  • To balance the tastes, season with salt and pepper to suit.
  • After transferring the pimento cheese, cover it with plastic wrap in a serving dish.
  • To give the flavors time to blend, place in the refrigerator for at least an hour.Serve cold with bread, crackers, or veggies.
