- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C.
Crimp the edges of the pie dough after placing it in the pie dish.Beat the eggs, heavy cream, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until thoroughly blended.
Evenly distribute the shredded Swiss cheese and bacon around the pie dough.
Cover the cheese and bacon with the egg mixture.
