  • 1 cup (175g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (40g) mini marshmallows
  • ¾ cup (100g) chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat Your Oven
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).Line your baking sheets with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Step 2: Cream Butter and Sugars
    In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. This typically takes about 2–3 minutes.
  • Step 3: Add Eggs and Vanilla
    Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until well combined
  • Step 4: Combine Dry Ingredients
    In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Step 5: Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients
    Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  • Step 6: Fold in Add-Ins
    Gently fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts using a spatula.
  • Step 7: Scoop the Dough
    Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Step 8: Bake
    Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
  • Step 9: Cool and Enjoy
