- 1 pound (450g) pork sausage
- 2 cups (240g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups (240g) baking mix (such as Bisquick)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Adjust the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and place parchment paper on a baking pan.
Pork sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper should all be combined in a large mixing basin. Blend until thoroughly blended.
After forming the dough into tiny balls with a diameter of approximately one inch, transfer them to the baking sheet that has been ready.
The sausage balls should be baked for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
