Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound (450g) pork sausage
  • 2 cups (240g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups (240g) baking mix (such as Bisquick)
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Adjust the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and place parchment paper on a baking pan.
  • Pork sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper should all be combined in a large mixing basin. Blend until thoroughly blended.
  • After forming the dough into tiny balls with a diameter of approximately one inch, transfer them to the baking sheet that has been ready.
  • The sausage balls should be baked for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  • Before serving, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool somewhat.
