- 2 cups (240g) baking mix (such as Bisquick)
- 2 cups (200g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, baking mix, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
