Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound (450g) ground pork sausage
  • 2 cups (240g) baking mix (such as Bisquick)
  • 2 cups (200g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage, baking mix, shredded cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
