Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 lb fresh sushi-grade salmon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tobiko (flying fish roe), optional
  • Nori sheets, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • As directed on the packaging, prepare the sushi rice and set it aside.Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C.
  • Cubed salmon, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Japanese mayonnaise should all be combined in a mixing dish.
  • To evenly cover the fish, thoroughly mix. In a baking dish, distribute the cooked sushi rice equally.
  • Drizzle the sushi rice with the cream cheese. Place a layer of the marinated salmon mixture over the layer of cream cheese.
  • Top the salmon with a mixture of chopped green onions and tobiko.
  • Place aluminum foil over the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until well warm.
  • Take out of the oven and top with sesame seeds and nori sheets.Enjoy your tasty sushi bake while it's still hot!
