Drizzle the sushi rice with the cream cheese. Place a layer of the marinated salmon mixture over the layer of cream cheese.
Top the salmon with a mixture of chopped green onions and tobiko.
Place aluminum foil over the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until well warm.
