- Roasting pan

- 1 whole turkey breast (approximately 4-5 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth or stock
- Grease a roasting pan very lightly and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- Use paper towels to pat dry the turkey breast after rinsing it under cold water. 
- Drizzle the turkey breast with olive oil and liberally sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
- Apply equal amounts of minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the turkey breast. 
- For extra flavor, place slices of lemon over the turkey breast. 
- Add stock or chicken broth to the roasting pan's bottom. 
- With the aluminum foil loosely covering the turkey breast, let some space for the steam to escape. 
- Using a meat thermometer, roast in the preheated oven for one and a half to two hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). 
- Take the roasted turkey breast out of the oven. let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
