Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and gently press it down to form an even layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
