Originating in the United States, turkey meatloaf has become a beloved classic on dinner tables around the world. This wholesome dish offers a healthier twist on the traditional beef meatloaf without compromising on flavor.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and gently press it down to form an even layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
