Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds of turkey tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, dried thyme, paprika, minced garlic, and lemon juice. This will be your flavorful marinade.
  • Place the turkey tenderloin in a baking dish. Season it with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the marinade over the turkey, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  • Add the chicken broth to the baking dish.
