Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground venison
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground venison, salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties, using about 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture for each patty.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • Place the venison sausage patties in the skillet and cook for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
  • Remove the sausages from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  • Serve your Venison Breakfast Sausage hot and enjoy!
