Yeast Rolls Recipe
Pinklady
Yeast rolls trace their origins back to ancient Egypt, where yeast was first used in breadmaking. Over time, bread rolls became popular across Europe, especially in France and England. They eventually made their way to the Americas, becoming a classic addition to holiday meals and family gatherings. The secret to their irresistible texture lies in the slow fermentation of yeast, which gives the rolls their fluffy rise and distinct flavor.
