- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Water (optional, for desired consistency)
Mayonnaise, tomato paste, melted butter, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion and garlic powders, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and a dash of salt should all be combined in a mixing dish.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly by whisking them together. Move the ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until smooth if you want a smoother sauce.
After tasting the sauce, taste again and adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can increase the sweetness or spiciness by adding extra sugar or cayenne pepper.
You can thin out too-thick sauce by adding a small amount of water to make it the right consistency.
