excellent recipe! we used: LARGE semolina elbow macaroni (not whole wheat elbows), some swiss cheese in with cheddar, white pepper (not black pepper), and a dash of hot sauce in the cheese mixture. finished product does not disappoint! result is light, fluffy, and tender – yet rich and satisying at the same time. this is the best mac n cheese recipe ever!
