- 3 pounds of beef roast
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1/2 cup of red wine
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Season the beef roast with salt, pepper, and paprika.
